LIV Golf vs PGA Tour Ryder Cup style event teased by Brooks and Bryson

LIV Golf’s Brooks Koepka and Bryson DeChambeau sat down with the media ahead of The Showdown against the PGA Tour’s Rory McIlroy and Scottie Scheffler and shared some interesting thoughts that maybe the PGA Tour and LIV Golf could be facing off next year.

Let’s be real — wouldn’t you want to see a LIV versus PGA Tour Ryder Cup-style thing? That is what it is. This is growing into a big thing. That’s what will draw the fans. said Koepka

I’m already onboard after that.

“The showdown is a great showcase for bringing the two tours a bit together,” added DeChambeau.

And I think what we’re doing to do next year, all of us aligned, is bringing something a little bigger and badder, so we can have a couple of times — at least one more time — where we can see most of the best players on both sides competing.”

Ok, now I’m 100% onboard.

If you’re a PGA Tour supporter or a LIV Golf supporter, or you like guys who play on both tours, you can probably get on the train now.
