Brooks Koepka

Age: 28
Odds:

Best Finish: T11 in 2017
2018 Finish:  DNP
2019 Wins/Top Finishes: 1st – The CJ Cup, T2 – The Honda Classic

While it looks like Brooks hasn’t had a great season with only two top 10 finishes to date, he isn’t a guy to overlook in a major tournament. In his last seven major tournaments, Koepka has three wins, one other top 10 finish, and two top 15 finishes.

Yes, Brooks Koepka has three major championship wins to his name and Dustin Johnson has only one. This is a crazy world we are living in. What makes it even crazier is that Brooks won back-to-back U.S. Opens on completely different courses. One was at Erin Hills where he won at 16-under and a margin of four strokes, and the other at Shinnecock where he won at one-over and one stroke over Tommy Fleetwood.

What makes it hard to pick Koepka this week is his last three PGA Tour finishes, a missed cut at the Arnold Palmer Invitational, T56 at The Players, and T56 at the WGC-Match Play. That, along with the fact that he was forced to skip the 2018 Masters with a wrist injury and his weight loss this season appears to have cost him some yards off the tee, make him a risky pick.

He is trending in the right direction at Augusta (T33 in 2015, T21 in 2016, T11 in 2017).
