Keith Mitchell won his first PGA Tour event on Sunday at the Honda Classic. Mitchell held off a charging Brooks Koepka and Rickie Fowler to win by one stroke.
This is Mitchell’s first win since becoming a Tour regular in 2018 when he had a second place finish as well as a third place finish.
After the tournament, Mitchell shared a picture of his phone, and as you can imagine, he had quite a few text messages to go through after winning $1,224,000.
But first, his name is Keith, not KEVIN!

As you can imagine, Mitchell is still in shock that he finally claimed his first win.
