Kevin Na hadn’t won on the PGA Tour in seven years until Sunday at the Greenbrier Classic. Na’s last win came in 2011 at the Shriners Hospitals for Children Open.
Na is consistently notching top 10 finishes and playing in multiple FedExCup events annually, but the grind hasn’t been kind enough to him to just hand over a win. With a final round 64, Na broke through again to win by 5 strokes.
After his round, he spoke to Amanda Balionis and broke down talking to his Korean fans.
“I’ve been close so many times. Failed so many times…and for some reason I felt like it was my day.”
