Zach Johnson claims “They’ve lost the golf course”

Watching players struggle at the U.S. Open is not something we’re unaccustomed to, however, watching players struggle like they did at Shinnecock Hills in 2004 is.

On Saturday, things started getting a little dicey out there and one two-time major champion went as far as to claim that the USGA has already “lost the golf course.”

Zach Johnson didn’t hold back with his opinion of the current condition of Shinnecock and hopefully the USGA and Mike Davis are paying attention to how these guys react.
