When it comes to iron play, especially wedges, there are few, if any, in the game that are better than Phil Mickelson. Over his long, accomplished career, we have seen Phil wow us with iron shots that even Bryson would say aren’t scientifically possible. Despite his prowess with a wedge, he still never ceases to amaze us with the shots that he can hit with a wedge, like this one we saw from him on Saturday:
That was absolute sorcery right there from Phil! He did that on the 9th hole and made par. Through 10, Phil is 1-under on his round and 5-under for the tournament.
