Francesco Molinari

Age: 36
Odds:
+2000
Best Finish: T19 in 2012
2018 Finish: T20
2019 Wins/Top Finishes: 1st – Arnold Palmer Invitational, 3rd – WGC-Match Play

Molinari is one of the best ball-strikers on Tour, and everything came together for him in 2018. He proved it last year in the Open Championship at Carnoustie where he held off some of the biggest names in the sport (among them were McIlroy, Rose, Woods, Kuchar, Spieth). Molinari won three tournaments in 2018 and finished second in two others. In fact, he did so over a span of only six starts.

Even though Molinari hasn’t finished higher than a T19 in 2012, he cannot be overlooked at this point in his career. He’s just solid, and there’s no reason to think that he won’t finish inside the top 20.
