Danny Lee was pretty lucky on the 18th on Sunday at the Valero Texas Open

Danny Lee hasn’t won a PGA Tour event since the 2015 Greenbrier Classic and struggled during the 2018 season managing to finish in the top 10 only three times in 30 events.

This year, things appear to be getting back on track for Lee, who has one second place finish – the Mayakoba Classic – as well as two other top 10 finishes in 13 events even though he has missed four cuts.

On the 72nd hole at the Valero Texas Open, Lee got quite lucky with his second shot. Somehow, his ball came to rest on an island in the middle of the water running in front of the green on the par-5. Lee managed to get up and down for a birdie and finished tied for seventh.
