Rory McIlroy jokes with Tiger, “Nice putt, Kevin.”

Tiger Woods and Rory McIlroy faced off on Saturday morning in the first elimination round of the WGC-Dell Match Play. Woods was up two when they arrived at the par-4 eighth hole.

Woods needed to hole a par putt to keep his lead at two. He made the putt, but he also quickly walked it out which led to a funny exchange with Rory McIlroy.

“Nice putt, Kevin,” said McIlroy as Woods walked off the green.

McIlroy was referring to this little exchange that Woods and Kevin Na had.

It’s so great to see Tiger smiling.

Tiger went on to beat McIlroy 2&1.
