Patrick Reed’s Mother-in-Law Takes to Facebook to Defend Him

The fallout from the Ryder Cup, specifically the part involving the Reeds, continues to be the gift that keeps on giving. Thursday was no exception.

The whole thing got started with an article written by Golf.com’s Josh Berhow. The article dives into how what Reed did shouldn’t be compared to what Phil did in 2014. The article was excellent, and if you haven’t already, you can read it here.

Like basically every publication in this country (ours included), the story was shared to their Facebook page. That’s where things get interesting.

As you can see from the screen grabs above, people started saying some not so nice things about Reed. You might also notice one name in particular that is showing up a lot and that’s Janet Kessler Karain. Mrs. Karain, for those wondering, is the mother-in-Law on one Patrick Reed and she didn’t take very kindly to those comments.

Tune in tomorrow when Reed’s father in law puts some reddit users in their place.
