David Hearn Turns To Twitter in Search of Zurich Partner

In 2018 Twitter can be an interesting place. It can be a dark place full of internet trolls. It can also be a great place to keep up with the latest news and interact with others. In the case of David Hearn, he hopes that Twitter will lead to a tee time at a PGA Tour event.

Hearn took to Twitter Monday in search of a partner for the Zurich Classic of New Orleans.

As Hearn mentioned, he’s not eligible for the event on his own due to the fact that he finished 127th in the FedEx Cup Standings at the end of last season. He’s hoping that won’t detract someone who is already eligible for the event from picking him.

For anyone considering Hearn, he has quite the impressive track record at the Zurich. As he mentioned in his tweet, the past 5 seasons in New Orleans he finished T22, T20, T6, T34, and T21.

The Zurich Classic will be held April 26-29 at TPC Louisiana.
