Did Luke List strike the ball twice while putting with a wedge during the WGC Match Play?

Luke List bent his putter early in his first match at the WGC Match Play against Justin Thomas, but he managed to keep it close and lost 2&1.

On the 17th hole though, it appears like List may have struck the ball twice while putting with a wedge. He didn’t own up to it and the angle makes it difficult to tell, but the video below does seem to suggest that he hit the ball a second time after his initial contact.

What do you think?

For now, we’ll give List the benefit of the doubt as he may not have even felt the second contact.

We’re not trying to be THAT GUY who plays rules official from the couch, but we are going to show you things like this from time to time because they do happen.
