Jon Rahm Has Chance At Top Spot in World Rankings This Week

While the majority of the focus this week is going to be on Tiger Woods, Jon Rahm has a chance to leave Torrey Pines as the top-ranked golfer in the world.

A win this week will catapult the Spaniard over DJ and into the top spot in the Official World Golf Ranking.

There is a lot of complicated math to back this up that we won’t get into, mainly because we aren’t quite sure how it all works. What we do know though is the simple part. A win this week by Jon Rahm and we will have a new #1 ranked golfer in the world.
