Lexi Thompson Signs Deal with Bridgestone

Add Lexi Thompson’s name to the growing list of pros who are playing Bridgestone balls.

The top-ranked golfer in the Women’s game signed a multi-year deal with Bridgestone this week to play the company’s ball. Thompson, who used the Bridgestone B330-S balls over the past two years in a non-endorsement capacity, will now play the company’s new Tour B X ball.

“I’ve used Bridgestone for years, and the new TOUR B product is shockingly good,” Thompson said in a news release. “It gives me tremendous distance off the tee without sacrificing any performance around the green.”

Thompson is a nine-time winner on the LPGA Tour. She is the reigning Race to the CME Globe winner and at number 4, is the highest-ranked American in the Rolex Rankings.

Thompson joins a list of golfers that use Bridgestone balls that includes Tiger Woods, giving the company arguably the biggest names in American golf on both the men’s and women’s side.
